A seven-member multinational girl group formed by YG Entertainment, debuted as a full ensemble on April 1, 2024. The group consists of Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita — three South Koreans, two Japanese, and two Thai members. As YG’s first girl group since BLACKPINK (2016), they carried significant anticipation as the label’s next major act.
Their formation process was documented through the 2023 reality show Last Evaluation, which followed seven candidates competing for spots in the group. Members trained at YG for an average of four to six years prior to debut, each having placed first in their respective auditions against thousands of applicants.
Their debut EP Babymons7er produced “Sheesh,” their first top-ten hit on South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart. Their debut studio album Drip (November 2024) sold over one million copies in South Korea, with its title track becoming their second top-ten hit. In 2025, they released their second EP We Go Up and embarked on the Hello Monsters World Tour.
