A four-member girl group — Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning — formed by SM Entertainment and debuted in November 2020. They are known for pioneering the metaverse concept and hyperpop sound in K-pop, setting themselves apart with a distinctly futuristic artistic identity.

Their debut single “Black Mamba” set a record for the most views in 24 hours for a K-pop group debut video, and their third single “Next Level” (2021) became a massive cultural hit, earning Song of the Year at the 19th Korean Music Awards. Their first EP Savage debuted at number 20 on the Billboard 200 — the highest entry at the time for a K-pop girl group debut album on that chart.

Their second EP Girls (2022) shattered records as the best-selling album by a K-pop girl group in history, becoming the first to sell one million copies within its first week of release, while debuting at number three on the Billboard 200. Their third EP My World (2023) surpassed two million sales and reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 as well.

Their 2024 lead single “Supernova” topped South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart for eleven weeks and swept Song of the Year honors at both the MAMA Awards and Melon Music Awards. Most recently, “Whiplash” (2024) became their first top-ten hit on the Billboard Global 200, followed by “Dirty Work” (2025) entering the chart’s top five.
